Parsley, Garlic Butter & Lemon Rice

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup Basmati rice

  • 1 ½ Cup water

  • 1 Tbsp fresh or dried parsley

  • 1 ½ Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1-2 Tbsp garlic butter

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS FOR THIS RECIPE:

Rice Cooker or medium pot

Rice paddle

Measuring Cups 

NOW FOR THE FUN PART - COOKING!

  1. Add rice, water and all ingredients into rice cooker and set to cook on ‘white rice’ setting until done

  2. Once the rice cooker shuts off, gently mix the rice so the ingredients are evenly spread out

If you are not using a rice cooker, cook rice as you normally would, once rice is cooked - add in all the remaining ingredients and gently mix

Serve and enjoy!
